17 Jun 09 Honda Inventive Watch - Honda Pilot & Odyssey Madness in June?

Honda Incentives information just got updated again. Many potential Honda Accord buyers and the Honda Civic buyers still regret not taking action when there was volume bonus from Honda in March and April for the Honda Accord and the Honda civic as our members reported good deal on 2009 Honda Accord EX-L V6 and good deal on 2009 Honda Accord EX-L V6 Navi.

Since chance only happens once, car buyers should be aware of good deal.

For Potential Honda Pilot and the Honda Odyssey buyers, or car buyers are looking for a midsize SUV or a minivan, there is a hidden Honda dealer bonus program on the 2009 Honda Pilot and the 2009 Honda Odyssey.

Honda dealers are set to hit a certain sales goal on the Pilot and the Odyssey for the additional dealer incentive on all Pilot and Odyssey sold in June 2009, and probably July 2009. This additional incentive is on top of the current $1,500 dealer cash for the Pilot and the $2500 dealer incentive on the Odyssey. The amount of this hidden Honda dealer cash is not confirmed at this point, but it is possible the amount is $1,000. As usual, since this possible $1,000 is a cash rebate to Honda dealers, car buyers will not see it anywhere on the sales invoice.

You might want to know How about the 2010 Honda Pilot? We believe that the 2010 Honda pilot also qualify the $1,000 bonus, but there is no additional dealer cash at this point.

The 2009 Honda Civic and also the 2009 Honda Civic coupe has $1,000 dealer cash or special APR program for well-qualified buyers.

The 2009 Honda Accord has $1,500 dealer incentive on all models, including both 4 cylinder (I4) and the 6 cylinder (V6).

The Honda Element has $1,000 incentive or special car loan rate from Honda Financial services if you prefer.

It is common that car manufacturers to have decrease on sales by double digits no matter which brand it is.

American Honda reports the Sales for May 2009 with the decrease of 39.2% compared with May 2008. The best-selling Honda car in May 2009, the Honda Accord, posted a 48.3% decrease compared with May 2008. The hidden incentives on the Accord and the Civic ends in April, which could be the reason that sales for the Accords and the Civic drop.

Surprisingly, sales for the Honda Pilot and the Honda Odyssey only decrease by 12.3% and 6.5%, with 7,412 units and 12,127 units sold.

For the year 2009 so far, sales drops 33.3% compared with the first five months of year 2008.
