Sales keep dropping double digit percent for all auto makers? Subaru does not agree with that. Sales increase is a wishful thinking for most car manufacturers? Subaru says it is possible, and it is still not enough.
Subaru posts sales for July 2009 with an amazing 34% increase compared with July 2008. Yes, positive 34% of sales increase, with 21,839 units sold compared with 16,271 units sold in July 2008. Except the decrease of 10% of the Subaru Tribeca, the mid size crossover SUV from Subaru, all other four Subaru cars post increase of sales with at least 33%.
The Subaru Forester, the compact crossover SUV from Subaru, is leading Subaru sales with 7,574 units sold, which is 36% increase compared with July 2008.
The Subaru Impreza, the sporty compact sedan has the most improvement with 41% more cars being sold.
